Requirements
Experience in project management
Background on change management and organizational development
Understanding of communication and engagement best practices
Knowledge of using SharePoint as an internal communications tool
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office products)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the company goal and serve the purpose of the listening strategy.
Craft employee-focused communications, engaging content, manage internal communication channels, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective change management communications.
Identify and address resistance to change and work collaboratively with the Employee Experience team to overcome the challenges and foster a positive transition.
