The purpose of the job is to define strategies of Digital Communication, Social Media, and PR of Istituto Marangoni Dubai School. The Manager will also be in charge of their implementation in order to support brand awareness, promotional and/or institutional activities, and the improvement of marketing and enrollment performances.
Key purpose of the role
Digital Communication & Social Media Plan – In agreement with the School Director and following the group guidelines, the Manager will manage and elaborate, also at budget level, the Digital Communication and Social Media Strategy plan of the School. The Manager will also promote its visibility nationally and internationally. He/She will provide feedback on analysis and detailed reports about KPI to the School Director and quarterly to the Head of Communication, indicating the improvement of communication and social campaigns.
Promotion and Event – Through appropriate communication and social campaigns, the Manager will promote Dubai School events that, in collaboration with other departments, will contribute to lead generation by providing a communication strategy aimed /She will also support the management of all planned events at an institutional and educational level.
PR & Media Relations – The Manager will ensure the planning and realization of all PR and Media Relations activities, with the support of the PR agency. He/She will supervise activities realized with the external press office, ensuring that images and text for communication, responses to reporting, or press inquiries are sent appropriately.
Budget, Forecast, and Reporting – The Manager will ensure accurate budget elaboration and monitoring of forecasts. He/She will also ensure the elaboration and analysis of periodic reporting to monitor area performances and motivate any deviations.
Education & Skills
Bachelor or Master Degree in Digital Communication & Social Media field
Minimum 5 years of experience and resources coordination
Experience in the luxury sector is a plus
Strong analysis and organization skills
