Communication and Reservation Agent (Chinese Speaking Preferred) Jobs in Dubai at XIDA Hotel Management L.L.C.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs (size, type, and rental duration).
Reservation Management: Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure the accuracy of all booking details, including customer information and rental dates.
Vehicle Check-In and Check-Out: Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental to document any pre-existing damage and ensure the car is in good condition. Record mileage and fuel levels.
Payment Processing: Handle payments, process transactions, and ensure the correct billing of rental charges. Address any discrepancies or billing issues.
Rental Agreement: Review rental agreements with customers, explain the terms and conditions, and ensure they understand the policies, including insurance options and penalties.
Inventory Management: Maintain an organized fleet, ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and ready for customer pickup. Report any mechanical issues or damage to the fleet management team.
Customer Issues and Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Provide solutions and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services (e.g., GPS, car seats, insurance) and upgrades to customers to increase revenue.
Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, including rental agreements, accident reports, and customer feedback forms. Maintain an organized filing system for records.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements for vehicle rentals.
