Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team. If you’re passionate about real estate marketing, lead generation, and brand growth, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
Generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns and digital strategies.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to attract and convert leads.
Create engaging marketing content for digital campaigns, property listings, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance lead conversion.
Track and report on marketing performance and lead generation metrics.
Utilize basic videography and photography skills for property listings and promotional content.
Edit videos and photos using basic editing software.
What You Need
Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
Knowledge of CRM systems, SEO, and real estate marketing best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Previous real estate or property industry experience (preferred).
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize lead generation performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
