Job Title: Senior Concept Designer – Real Estate
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Concept Designer to join our real estate team. In this role, you will create innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, helping to bring visions to life through compelling visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate with architects, marketing teams, and clients to craft designs that reflect both the brand and the unique character of each property development.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative design concepts for real estate projects, including marketing collateral, property branding, and digital presentations.
Work closely with architects and project teams to ensure design concepts align with project goals and architectural plans.
Create mood boards, renderings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas and project aesthetics.
Lead the design direction for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and promotional videos.
Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-brand results.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine concepts.
Stay up to date with real estate trends and incorporate relevant elements into design work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field.
5+ years of experience in concept design, preferably within the real estate or architecture industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design work related to real estate or architectural projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
Experience with interior design or urban planning.
Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and trends.
