We are looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Trainer to join our team and share your expertise in food safety, customer service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping our team deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on food safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
Develop and update training materials and modules.
Monitor and assess staff performance, providing constructive feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and standards to ensure best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
UAE Driving license is mandatory
Previous training or coaching experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
