Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes and portion control guidelines. Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout service. Ensure food is prepared and presented according to restaurant quality standards. Follow proper food handling, storage, and

safety protocols

(HACCP or equivalent). Monitor food stock and communicate shortages or issues to the chef or kitchen manager.

Work closely with other team members to ensure timely service and smooth operations. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.  Requirements:  Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role (preferred). Ability to work in a high-pressure,

fast-paced environment

. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and

food safety

practices.

Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and maintain consistency. Team player with strong

communication

and organizational skills.

Willingness to

work

flexible hours

, including weekends and holidays. Culinary certification or diploma (preferred but not required).
