Role Summary:
We are seeking an Accounts Officer Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our financial operations. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in accounting, financial systems, and business analytics. You will gain practical exposure to real-world finance functions and work closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense reporting
Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
Help with payroll inputs, reimbursements, and employee incentives tracking
Participate in audits, compliance checks, and financial reporting
Coordinate with HR and operations for budgeting and reporting needs
Provide administrative and documentation support to the finance team
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation
Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, basic analysis)
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and ability to meet deadlines
Integrity and confidentiality are a must
