Job Title: IT Specialist & Graphic Designer
Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative IT Specialist and Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can manage and support IT infrastructure while also creating visually compelling designs for our internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities:
IT Specialist Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure through regular maintenance, updates, and monitoring.
Provide technical support to employees, offering solutions for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and technical procedures.
Ensure that all IT systems are compliant with organizational and regulatory security standards.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
Design and produce creative content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and internal communications.
Develop visual branding concepts and support the creation of promotional assets such as brochures, flyers, and infographics.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics, logos, and multimedia content.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas and solutions to the team.
Assist in the maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar IT support role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT security.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Experience with website design and content management systems (CMS).
Solid troubleshooting skills with a strong focus on providing excellent technical support.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for technology and design.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience with web development or coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools.
Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics software is a plus.
