Commis/Apprentice Chef Jobs in Dubai at Enhance ODLS
What you will do:
Guest Reception & Check-In/Check-Out:
Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Verify guest details, assign rooms, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Handle any special requests or concerns from guests during check-in and check-out.
Reservations Management:
Manage reservations, update booking details, and assist guests with booking changes or cancellations.
Ensure the availability of rooms and coordinate with the sales team for any promotions or offers.
Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone, or via email in a professional and timely manner.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure accurate guest billing.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and log guest interactions appropriately.
Handle daily reports, updating guest accounts, and providing front desk assistance to other departments as needed.
Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a liaison between the front desk and other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests.
Communicate guest preferences and requests to the relevant departments to ensure high service standards.
Safety & Security:
Ensure guest safety by following hotel security procedures, including issuing room keys and monitoring the hotel’s security systems.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management Or Equivalent Degree
Opera Software, Win cloud knowledge
Minimum 6 months to one year of experience
