We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be capable of maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting our overall financial health. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, and providing actionable insights to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies
Assist with internal and external audits
Provide support for budgeting and forecasting
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
Perform other accounting-related duties as needed
