JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role as a sales Promoter and global visa consultant Specialist located in Dubai. As a Sales promoter and global visa consultant, you will be responsible for managing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our company’s tourism services.
* Extensive knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
*Ability to speak confidently in front of the camera to create engaging video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and other digital channels.
* Regular posting, scheduling, and monitoring of content to ensure active social media presence for clients.
* Follow up with leads generated through social media and other channels, converting them into valuable business opportunities.
*Design and implement social media content strategies, including both posts and videos, that resonate with a global audience and promote the visa services offered.
* Understand and manage client requirements effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining positive client relationships.
*Strong knowledge of global visa services, including requirements, application processes, and the ability to assist clients with their visa-related inquiries.
*Handle client inquiries related to visa services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and clear communication. Follow up on leads and manage client requirements efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation (preferably with a portfolio of work).
* Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism industry
*Strong communication and organizational skills for client management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in market research and analysis
* Knowledge of inbound and outbound tourism attractions and activities
* Able to do videos related inbound, outbound tour activities (like desert safari, cruise bookings, tour activities), hotel bookings, global visa assistance.
*Utilize social media channels to generate leads and interest in visa services, and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business.
Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience working in or with global visa services, including a strong understanding of the application process, documentation, and legal requirements.
* Ability to create visually appealing and professional content (videos, images, infographics) using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation platforms.
* Minimum two years working experience in travel industry inbound and outbound tour activities, hotel bookings and global visas
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage client inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain positive client relationships.
*Good English communication skills and Knowledge of additional languages would be beneficial for a global audience.
* Bachelor degree need
