We are looking for Commis 3 to join our kitchen team. As a Commis 3, you will be responsible for basic food preparation and assisting senior chefs in ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Follow food safety guidelines and company policies.
Support with ingredient preparation (chopping, peeling, marinating, etc.).
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Assist in plating and presentation of dishes.
Learn and improve culinary skills as per kitchen requirements.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a kitchen is a plus .
Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to follow instructions and improve skills.
