We are looking for a Call Center (Telecommunication Assistant) who will play a key role in supporting marketing efforts for telecommunication services in the healthcare industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing customer support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Scheduling and coordinating bookings for potential clients.
Coordinating with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handling documentation, contracts, and other administrative tasks related to marketing efforts.
Keeping up-to-date with advancements in healthcare telecommunications technology.
Make daily calls to book potential clients/patients.
Eager to book 4-5 potential patients everyday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
