A prestigious luxury hospitality destination in Doha is seeking a talented and passionate Commis I (Pastry) to join its culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked products.
  • Assist in daily pastry kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Ensure all products are prepared according to recipes, specifications, and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Support senior chefs in production planning and inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
