Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked products.
- Assist in daily pastry kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Ensure all products are prepared according to recipes, specifications, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Support senior chefs in production planning and inventory control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
