Job Responsibilities:
1. After-Sales Issue Handling: Promptly and accurately address customer inquiries related to after-sales issues, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, product quality concerns, and logistics tracking, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
2. Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer questions regarding product information, usage, and purchasing processes through various channels (e.g., email, online chat, phone), providing professional and detailed guidance.
3. Issue Documentation & Feedback: Record customer feedback and concerns in detail, relay them to relevant departments, follow up on the resolution process, and provide timely updates to customers.
4. Coordination & Communication: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain service consistency.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers, proactively resolving issues to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
6. Data Collection & Analysis: Regularly compile and analyze customer inquiries and after-sales data, including issue types, resolution timeframes, and customer satisfaction levels, to support service optimization and product improvements.
Job Requirements:
1. Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities for effective communication with customers from diverse backgrounds.
2. Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, familiar with customer service processes, and preferably experienced in handling after-sales issues.
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to quickly understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset, with patience and professionalism in handling customer complaints and disputes.
5. Teamwork: Strong teamwork spirit, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments.
6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), with experience in customer management systems and online communication tools.
7. Learning Ability: Quick learner with adaptability to acquire knowledge about company products and services, continuously improving business expertise.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
