Our client in the UK is seeking fully qualified Commi Chef (Continental cuisines) for their Hotel group.
Job Title: Commis Chef – Continental Cuisine (UK)

Eligibility Criteria:
Must be under 26 years of age
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
UKVI IELTS or UKNARIC required
Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental cuisine dishes following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times in compliance with UK regulations.
Support the CDP and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and kitchen maintenance.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
Assist in stock control, inventory management, and kitchen organization to ensure efficient workflow.
Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitization tasks, ensuring all equipment and workstations are maintained properly.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and hazardous materials.
Adapt to menu changes and new culinary techniques, contributing ideas for improvement.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and professional working environment.
