We are hiring experienced Commi 3 for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking activities
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas
- Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen instructions accurately
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products
- Support kitchen staff during busy service hours
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Minimize food wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO)
- Perform opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned
- Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs

Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchens preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

- Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
