As a Commis 1 at Healthy Farm Eatery, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with our health-focused menu. You will work closely with the senior kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and supporting the daily operations of the kitchen. The role requires a passion for healthy, fresh ingredients and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen.
Culinary Certification: Basic culinary education or certification from a recognized culinary institute.
Knowledge of Healthy Cuisine: Understanding of healthy cooking techniques and ingredients, with an ability to work in a health-focused environment.
