Duties & Responsibilities
Keeping the CRM system up to date
Create, deactivate and set up accounts in the system
Administration around new customers and customers who stop using the platform
Prepare, check and send invoices
Create and send reports to customers
Answering customer questions
Backup for the helpdesk (telephone and tickets)
Ad-hoc support requests such as creating overviews, research or other administrative tasks.
