What We’re Looking For:
Experienced or Eager Beginner: Previous experience in events or activation is a plus, but if you’re motivated and willing to learn, we’d love to work with you.
People Person: Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and talent alike.
Problem Solver: Ready to tackle challenges, adapt, and bring creative solutions to the table.
Proactive Business Developer: Comfortable with cold calling and generating new business opportunities.
Flexible and Mobile: Willing to work outside the office when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and book models, hostesses, and talent for various projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent.
Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
Arrange client meetings and provide service demonstrations.
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Research market trends and identify potential clients.
