Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Female Telesales Representatives to drive our sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
