Tate Real Estate (TRE) is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage based in Abu Dhabi, working across office, retail, warehouse, and showroom leasing throughout the city's key submarkets. We are expanding our team and looking for agents who are competitive, energetic, and ready to earn. We don't hire for headcount. We hire for firepower.
About the Role
You will manage your own pipeline of commercial leasing deals across office, retail, warehouse, and showroom asset classes, working directly with landlords, property managers, and tenants across Abu Dhabi (including Al Reem Island, Corniche, Khalidiya, Mussafah, and Al Raha Beach). This is a high-accountability, high-reward seat: your results drive your income, and there is a real path to grow with the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and qualifying leads for office, retail, warehouse, and showroom leasing opportunities
- Managing your pipeline end-to-end: from first client contact through offer negotiation to signed lease
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, property managers, and tenants
- Working an active, company-supplied lead pipeline alongside your own business development
- Collaborating with a competitive team that pushes each other to perform

What We Expect
