On behalf of our client, a reputable group operating in real estate and hospitality, we are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to manage a prestigious commercial property in Doha.
The Property Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the group’s commercial assets portfolio. This involves strategic oversight of asset performance, tenant relationships, and lease negotiations, with the goal of maximizing occupancy rates and rental income. The incumbent will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the group’s growth objectives. This role requires expertise in asset management, financial forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure the effective operation and profitability of the portfolio.

Operational and Maintenance Oversight
Marketing & Communication
Requirements:
7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role managing a large commercial real estate portfolio (at least one full tower)
Thorough understanding of real estate management, tenant relations, leasing strategies, and financial administration to optimize property performance
Experience in marketing commercial properties
Experience overseeing maintenance teams, with knowledge of building systems, electrical, and plumbing for managing renovations and repairs
