We are looking for a Commercial Property Consultant to join our company. The commercial real estate broker will work as an intermediary on rental properties between owners and potential tenants, oversee property transactions between buyers and sellers, and assist with new business development.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead generation, both instructions and prospective clients, through warm calling
- Valuations
- Networking
- Qualifying new leads
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and finalizing deals
- Handing over properties and following up with clients

What we require:
- 2 years sales experience, preferably B2B sales.
- Full driving license
- Determination to succeed
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Money motivated
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluent in the English language
