This role acts as the central coordination point between Sales, Service, Stores, and Accounts to ensure smooth execution of customer contracts, service schedules, installations, renewals, and receivables follow-up.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, identifying deviations, tracking pending actions, escalating issues, and ensuring timely closure across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Track customer contracts, service schedules, installations, and complaints
- Coordinate between Sales, Service, Stores, and Accounts teams
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational dashboards
- Identify delays, deviations, and operational gaps
- Follow up and escalate pending issues until closure
- Monitor renewals and receivables status
- Ensure smooth execution of all customer commitments
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in operations / service coordination / business support roles
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Experience in service-based or B2B operations preferred
