Multiple Commercial Managers & Senior Quantity Surveyors – Kigali, Rwanda / Riyadh, Saudi & Doha Qatar (Major Airport Projects)
Are you an experienced Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take part in some of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in Africa and the Middle East?
We’re seeking multiple talented professionals to join our expanding commercial team, working on two landmark developments:
️ The new Riyadh Airport project
️ The Doha International Airport expansion
️ The new Kigali International Airport project
Locations: Kigali, Rwanda;
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia & Doha, Qatar
Start Date: Immediate opportunities available

You will be joining an internationally recognised consultancy that has been delivering world-class commercial, cost, and contract management services for over 60 years. Role Overview
As a Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing cost management, commercial reporting, and contract administration on high-value, high-profile aviation projects. You’ll work closely with both client and contractor teams, contributing to successful project outcomes in fast-paced and high-expectation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
Manage cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee procurement processes and contract documentation
Administer variations, claims, and final accounts
Prepare commercial reports and advise clients on cost and risk
Interface with project management, design, and construction teams
Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience, with a strong track record on major infrastructure projects
Airport or large-scale public infrastructure experience is a strong advantage
Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) preferred
Strong contract knowledge (FIDIC or similar)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
Willingness to be based in Riyadh or Doha full-time
