Job Summary:
AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with strong background in aluminium, glass, façade, and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects including cost management, contracts, procurement, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall commercial and contractual activities for façade projects
- Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial planning
- Review and manage contracts, variations, and claims
- Lead and supervise QS and estimation teams
- Evaluate and approve subcontractor agreements and payments
- Monitor project profitability and ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and accounts teams
- Handle client communications related to commercial matters
- Identify risks and implement cost-saving strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years UAE experience in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ, cost control, claims, and project management
- Experience managing commercial teams and multiple projects
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Preferred:
- Experience in UAE façade companies
- Strong background in handling large-scale projects
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
