- Role Summary
Lead all commercial, contractual, and cost management activities for general contracting projects in Saudi Arabia. Ensure contract compliance, cost control, and risk mitigation to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate EPC and subcontract agreements. Maintain complete and auditable contract documentation.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Develop and monitor project budgets from estimation to final account. Review cost variances, payment certificates, and procurement expenses. Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for management.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation plans. Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws (ZATCA, Labor Law, Company Law) and corporate policies. Oversee client payment applications and cash flow management.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop the project commercial team (Q.S., estimators, procurement staff). Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and government authorities on commercial matters. Present commercial reports and risk analysis to senior management.
