We are seeking a highly skilledCorporate Commercial Managerto join one of the largest and most respected main contractors in Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to manage and guide a high-performing commercial team within one of the region’s Tier 1 construction firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the commercial team, ensuring effective and efficient management of large-scale projects across the region.
Manage and review contracts, ensuring they align with project objectives, risk management strategies, and company policies.
Maintain full oversight of project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
Develop and implement strategies to manage risks, control costs, and resolve disputes effectively.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic commercial insights to senior management on business growth, emerging market trends, and potential risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior commercial role, specifically with Tier 1 contractors in the GCC region.
Proven experience managing commercial teams and large-scale projects within the construction industry.
Strong contract management, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
In-depth knowledge of GCC construction regulations, industry standards, and market dynamics.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on driving results and fostering team collaboration.
