We are seeking talented commercial lawyers who want to work differently. We are currently growing our Saudi Arabia team across multiple seniority levels, with a particular interest in commercially minded lawyers fluent in Arabic who bring strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate matters across the private and public sectors.

What you’ll be doing:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including MSAs, framework agreements, services, SaaS, licensing, distribution, and supply contracts
- Advising on corporate and governance matters, restructurings, joint ventures, and day-to-day in-house legal support
- Supporting Vision 2030-aligned projects and strategic initiatives, working closely with business teams across sectors including energy, infrastructure, real estate, and financial services
- Advising on Saudi-specific regulatory and compliance requirements, including those set by MISA, CMA, and SAMA where relevant
- Identifying and managing legal risk, flagging issues early, and delivering pragmatic, commercially minded solutions
- Operating with confidence and agility in fast-paced, in-house environments
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5+ years’ PQE, though this is flexible depending on experience and the secondment
- Strong familiarity with Saudi commercial law, regulatory frameworks, and the contracting landscape
- A background that spans both private practice and in-house
- Adaptability, pragmatism, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A true consultant mindset, someone who genuinely enjoys partnering with the business
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
