Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Agent
IND Global Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage commercial and industrial property listings.
- Generate leads and build relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
- Handle leasing and sales transactions for warehouses, factories, labor camps, offices, retail spaces, and commercial land.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
- Advise clients on market opportunities and investment potential.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and transactions.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate regulations and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of warehouses, labor camps, factories, offices, retail spaces, and commercial land.
- Proven ability to source listings, generate leads, and close transactions independently.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market practices.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
