QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCEMinimum of 6 years of relevant workexperience in consulting, business improvement, aviation, or travelindustries.
Graduate in quantitativedisciplines such as business, industrial engineering, operationsresearch, mathematics, oreconomics
Postgraduate degrees and orprofessional qualifications in related fieldsadvantageous
Basic knowledge of innovationtechniques, programme management,
customer relationship
managementand emerging digital trends
Advanced knowledgeof
process improvement
, organisation design,
project management
,business planning and analysis and organisational impact ofemerging themes
Expert-level user of tools suchas Excel and Powerpoint and ability to develop convincingpresentations. Familiarity with advanced BI tools will be aplus
