Position: Commercial Disputes Partner (lawyer)
We are working with an international law firm based in Abu Dhabi for a Partner to join their Disputes team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Disputes practice, advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, government entities and high-net-worth clients on complex domestic and cross-border disputes throughout the Middle East and internationally.
The team has particular expertise in commercial litigation, international arbitration, cross-border investigations and compliance matters across sectors including banking, telecommunications, aviation, construction, energy, real estate, technology and financial services.
Key responsibilities include handling complex fraud, insolvency, breach of contract, shareholder, joint venture and fiduciary duty disputes, overseeing cross-border investigations and regulatory matters, developing and maintaining key client relationships, driving business development across the Middle East, mentoring and leading legal teams, and contributing to the continued strategic growth of the practice.
- 8+ years’ PQE;
- Confident in building enduring relationships with clients;
- Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;
