Showforce is looking for a Commercial Director for our office in Doha. The ideal candidate will come from a financial or accounting background at a senior management level. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our businesses in Doha, including operations, sales and marketing and finance and will report to the board of directors. Previous experience of contract negotiation, strategic financial and operational planning, sales and marketing including social media, working in a multi‑cultural, international organization and a proven track record of building and developing company performance are all advantages!

Key Skills
- Financial or accountancy background is an advantage
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Strategic planning and organization to effectively utilise the company’s resources
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to communicate in Arabic or a second European language is an advantage
- Hold a full and valid driving license
