Exsab Investment Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join Mabna Stones Factory
. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead the company’s commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing sales, business development, pricing strategy, key account management, and commercial operations. You will play a critical role in strengthening Mabna Stones Factory’s position in the Saudi construction and natural stone industry by building strategic customer relationships, expanding market opportunities, and leading a high-performing commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy and annual sales plan.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and pricing strategy.
- Set and achieve sales targets, forecasts, and commercial budgets.
- Lead sales, business development, and major project bids, including Vision 2030 opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, and key customers.
- Expand market presence and develop new sales channels across Saudi Arabia.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and manage strategic customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance to improve pricing, margins, and overall business performance.
- Implement effective CRM, sales pipeline management, and commercial governance.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
Qualifications
- 12-15 years of commercial or sales leadership experience, including director-level roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, pricing strategy, and margin improvement.
- Experience in building materials, natural stone, construction products, or related industrial/manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi and GCC construction market with established industry networks.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and govern high-performing commercial functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
