DiaServ is seeking an accomplished and strategic Commercial Director to join our Executive Leadership Team and drive the organization's commercial growth agenda.
The successful candidate will lead and oversee our Medical Sales, Corporate Sales & Contracting, Marketing, Insurance, and Government Relations functions, while shaping and executing a unified commercial strategy that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens market position, and maximizes organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategies
- Lead Medical Sales, Corporate Sales, Marketing, Insurance, and Government Relations team
- Drive business development initiatives and market expansion opportunities
- Manage strategic relationships with government entities and healthcare stakeholders
- Lead tendering, contracting, and public procurement activities
- Oversee commercial budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive a high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced executive qualification preferred
- 10–15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior executive role (Director, VP, or C-Level)
- Strong healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or insurance industry experience
- Proven track record in government tenders, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
