A Day in the Life

Channel 360: Prioritize channels and define strategies & growth drivers to win at the point of purchase, including developing POS across channels. Focus channels include Hotels, Cafés & Bakeries, Restaurants, and Local & Global chains.

Customer & Consumer: Lead the customer & consumer journey to ensure the right value proposition is offered.

Commercial Process: Lead ICP within the category, ensuring cross-functional alignment on growth opportunities and activation platforms.

Tools & Enablers: Equip sales staff with the necessary tools, training, and support for product launches and current platforms.

Budget Management: Oversee PFME and lead customer communication initiatives, including lead generation and in-store execution.

Insights: Develop and accelerate 5C insights and channel management on a regional level.

What Will Make You Successful

+5 years of commercial/category experience, understanding internal processes driving growth across clusters/BU.

Ability to develop strategies and utilize support channels effectively.

Strong understanding of category strategies, trends, channels, and consumer opportunities.

Ability to adapt plans based on customer and consumer behaviors, including digital and out-of-home operations.

Commercial experience in revenue, profit, data analysis, promos, and pricing, with strategic thinking skills.

Experience in strategic revenue management.

Stakeholder management skills.
