Position Overview

Al Nabeeh Drug Store is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team and drive financial excellence across our growing pharmaceutical retail operations. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious finance professional ready to make a significant impact on our business performance and strategic direction.

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Analysis

  • P&L Management: Own complete profit and loss accountability, driving revenue optimization and cost control initiatives Performance Analytics: Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify business trends, risks, and growth opportunities Loss Recovery: Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial losses and enhance operational profitability

Business Partnership

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior management to provide financial insights for critical business decisions Budget Planning: Lead annual budgeting processes and quarterly forecasting with accuracy and strategic insight Cost Optimization: Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives without compromising service quality

Compliance & Controls

  • Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards Financial Controls: Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices for financial reporting Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to DHA, MOH, and other regulatory financial requirements

Essential Requirements Technical Expertise

  • Proven P&L Experience: Minimum 3-5 years managing complete P&L responsibility in retail or pharmaceutical sector Advanced Financial Analysis: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into actionable business insights Audit Proficiency: Strong experience with audit processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks

Professional Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred) Industry Knowledge: Experience in UAE retail/pharmaceutical sector highly advantageous Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), and financial modeling capabilities
