Job Title:Collections Manager
Job Role: We are looking for a Collections Manager to join our team at a leading transportation company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing collection operations, leading the collections management team, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and minimizing overdue debts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective collection procedures.
Supervise collection operations, including direct communication with clients via phone calls and emails.
Follow up on overdue accounts and provide suitable solutions.
Lead and train the collections management team, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with goals.
Identify and assess credit risks related to customers.
Implement measures to reduce bad debts and maximize cash flow.
Prepare regular reports on collection performance and overdue receivables.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree with documented experience in collections and credit management, preferably in the transportation sector.
Experience with Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (LGs).
Maximum of 5 years of experience in collections.
