Summary
The collection executive plays a crucial role in managing and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments from clients. This role is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers while effectively following up on payment obligations and addressing any related concerns.
Role
Manage the collection process for outstanding accounts, ensuring timely payments from clients.
Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings regarding overdue payments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns related to payments professionally and courteously.
Provide clients with clear information about their outstanding balances and payment options, and clarify DLD rules and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payment statuses, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and payment trends to management.
Discuss and agree on payment plans and settlements with clients while ensuring compliance with BEYOND policies.
Work closely with clients to resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to payments.
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of client issues.
Assist in identifying potential risks in the collection process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Competencies
Minimum Required Education: Intermediate institute / Bachelor’s Degree
Average Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the Real Estate industry.
Required Skills: Time management, communication skills, negotiation skills, multi-tasking, follow-up skills, good knowledge of real estate rules and regulations in UAE, problem solving, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
