Position: Collection Officer

Location: UAE

Tajvand Group of Companies are looking for Collection Officer with minimum of 4/5 years experience in the UAE.

Job Duties:

– Maintaining of customer payment records.

– Prepare customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.

– Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.- Write notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

– Familiarity with state debt collection laws.

– Responding to customer queries related payments.

Requirements:

– Excellent negotiating skills

– Bachelors or related certificates.

– UAE valid driving license (Required)
