We are looking for a knowledgeable Coffee Machine Service Advisor who will act as the first point of contact for all service requests.
This is not an operator role. The candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot coffee machine issues remotely (via phone/online) and guide clients through basic fixes where possible.
If issues cannot be resolved remotely, the advisor will coordinate and dispatch field technicians efficiently. The role also includes managing field technicians, scheduling service visits, and overseeing client service contracts to ensure timely support and high service standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of coffee machines, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and service operations effectively.
