📌 What You’ll Do:
- Financial Control: Monitor, verify, and reconcile daily COD collections across multiple stations to ensure timely bank deposits.
- Exception Handling: Dive deep into mismatches, shortages, and overages to resolve cash discrepancies swiftly.
- Compliance & Audits: Monitor courier handovers against company SOPs, flag violations, and conduct regular cash safety audits.
- System Oversight: Ensure absolute data accuracy across logistics and POS systems (JMS/ERP), collaborating with IT to patch collection bugs.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and risk reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Crisis Management: Lead urgent cash recovery cases and fraud alerts with absolute urgency and documented trails.
💼 What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in COD management, cash handling, or logistics finance.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly familiar with logistics platforms (JMS/POS), courier apps, and advanced Excel-based reconciliation.
- Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong leadership/guidance capability for small station teams.
- Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Flexibility: Ready to manage urgent cash cases that may require attention during late hours, weekends, or public holidays.
