Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Coating & Assembly Supervisor located in Doha, Qatar. The Coating & Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of workers, coordinating production schedules, and ensuringquality controlin the coating and assembly processes.
Qualifications
Supervisory experience in coating and assembly processes
Knowledge ofquality controlprocedures
Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in an industrial setting
Strongcommunicationandleadershipskills
Ability to work in afast-paced environment
Technical background in metal or plastic processing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
