Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and business-focused Co-Founder based in the UAE who is passionate about building a high-growth HR Tech company. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to create long-term value rather than simply take on a traditional job.
As the UAE Co-Founder, you will lead market expansion, establish strategic partnerships, acquire enterprise customers, and represent Expectin across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Acquire employers, recruitment agencies, and enterprise clients.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, universities, and government organizations.
- Represent Expectin at networking events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Build and lead the UAE business team as the company grows.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder & CEO and the India product team.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic alliances.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, HR Tech, SaaS, or Startup Leadership.
- Strong professional network within the UAE business ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in scaling businesses or launching new markets is highly desirable.
- Passion for startups, innovation, and technology.
