Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting CurioMod General Trading’s products and services via outbound calls. You will engage with potential clients, nurture relationships, and close sales, all while meeting and exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Make calls to potential customers, introduce products/services, and persuade them to purchase or inquire further.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive phone calls, research, and networking.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with prospects, provide excellent customer service, and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.Stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications in order to effectively present them to clients.Address customer queries, handle objections, and close sales by following up on potential leads and completing transactions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the company’s CRM system.Provide regular feedback on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager.Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets, ensuring consistency and efficiency in closing deals.Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet overall company sales goals.Skills and Qualifications:
