NIDUAE is seeking a skilled and creative CNC Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing both 2D and 3D models for CNC routing, with a focus on wood and metal materials.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop 2D and 3D models for CNC routing projects, primarily using wood and metal.
Translate design concepts and sketches into precise CNC-ready files.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
Optimize designs for efficient CNC machining and material usage.
Create toolpaths and G-code for CNC routers.
Conduct quality checks on designs and finished products.
Maintain accurate design files and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest CNC design software and techniques.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in CNC design and programming.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software (specify software used, e.g., AutoCAD, Fusion 360, ArtCAM, etc.).
Strong understanding of CNC routing processes and techniques.
Experience working with wood and metal materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
2% on all CNC sales done. Managing the CNC dept fully, All sales for CNC will have commission 2%
