We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist (Preferably Female) for generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels You will be responsible for educating customers about our products and services and generating sales lead. You must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements and present solutions that meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. On job Training will be provided
Compensation – Base Salary Plus Commission
Skills :
Proven experience as telemarketer/Phone Sales or similar sales role
Experience in Printing, Advertising, Signs selling is preferred.
Passionate about Sales and Target Achiever
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Call center experience –outbound calling
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Outstanding Negotiation, Convincing and Selling Skills
Proficient in MS- Office – word, excel, and sales CRM software’s.

Responsibilities:
Cold Calling using various online and offline database or phone directories.
Generating leads and setting up meetings / appointments for Business Development Executives
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer by demonstrating how services meet their needs
Maintain & Manage records of calls and sales related information using CRM or related software’s.
Education and Experience:
Diploma or Degree Holder in Sales and Marketing or Similar
At least two years’ experience as a Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
