CNC Machine Operator – Acrylic Production, Digital Printing & Embroidery Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator & Digital Printing / Embroidery Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in acrylic fabrication, CNC machining, laser cutting, flatbed UV printing, DTF & DTG printing, vinyl plotter operation, and computerized embroidery machines. The candidate should be capable of independently operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment while delivering high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Laser CNC and CNC Router machines for acrylic, PVC, MDF, ACP, wood, and similar materials.
- Perform cutting, engraving, routing, drilling, polishing, and finishing of acrylic products.
- Operate Flatbed UV Printers for printing on acrylic, glass, wood, metal, PVC, and other rigid materials.
- Operate DTF and DTG printing machines for T-shirt production, including heat press operations.
- Operate computerized embroidery machines (single-head and multi-head) for T-shirts, uniforms, caps, jackets, bags, and promotional items.
- Set up embroidery jobs, monitor production quality, troubleshoot machine issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Operate vinyl plotter/cutting machines for decals, stickers, labels, and signage.
- Read production drawings, prepare machine settings, and optimize production efficiency.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure all products meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in acrylic fabrication, CNC machining, digital printing, and embroidery production.
- Proven experience operating:
- CNC Router Machines
- Laser Cutting Machines
- Flatbed UV Printers
- DTF & DTG Printing Machines
- Computerized Embroidery Machines
- Vinyl Plotter/Cutting Machines
- Experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Knowledge of RIP software and embroidery software (Wilcom, Hatch, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, machine maintenance, and quality control skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the signage, advertising, acrylic fabrication, garment printing, or promotional products industry.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
- good communication skill in English
